The Digital Twin must also be able to show what the possibilities for improvement are. That is why this project is based on the reference architecture as developed in the context of DMI (the consortium working on an ecosystem of digital twins). Another prerequisite that John Joosten, the project leader of this trajectory, mentions is that the organization is able and willing to adapt its working methods to work with the new technology.
